There is only on word that I can say that perfectly describes Leah Webster, AWESOME! Leah is not the type of realtor who wants you as a client just to make a sale rather she's very passionate and concerned about your needs. She does not pass the buck or provide minimal services to you. She goes above and beyond, in detail, to meet your needs and wants and proceeds based on how she can best serve you. In May 2011, I placed my home on the sales market with another Realty Company, a short sale. After dealing with this other Realty Company’s realtor for five months and me basically doing a lot of leg work that was his responsibility, I fired him and hired Leah Webster in September 2011. I immediately gave Leah the letter and contact information to the law firm the other realtor said that I had to hire to oversee my short sale process. Leah immediately asked “what is this for?” After explaining, Leah informed me that everything that law firm was charging me for is the exact same services she will provide to me as my realtor at no additional charge. The other realtor took advantage of my lack of knowledge by misleading me to potentially pay for a service that was his responsibility. Bottom line Up Front (BLUF), that realtor was being plain lazy. Thank GOD the other realtor continued to perform very poorly with a strong potential buyer that decided to purchase through his advertisement. This buyer eventually decided not to purchase my home due to his lack of follow-up and his poor salesmanship. He allowed a strong potential buyer to get off the hook, after which I fired him. If that deal had of closed with that client, I would have been obligated to pay that law firm $4,000. Leah saved me $4,000 that I thought was a part of the short sale process. Leah sold my home on 28 February 2012 and was even able to get me $3,000 back at the closing table. Anyone who hires Leah Webster as their realtor is not only getting a great realtor but a friend as well.
